Re: AGM
Thanks for the quick reply AshM. I personally did not receive any corrospondence from David about a Residents Committee. I am all too aware of how time consuming these matters are. I just feel that there is a lot of people using this forum who do not know of the RA's existence. And we are extremely ...

Re: AGM
But in order to make that happen you have to get involved and get informed. Very informative post AshM. I was aware of the presence of a Residents Committee, but as can be seen on this forum many others are not. Would it not be beneficial for the RC to advertise themselves so to speak. Maybe set up...

Re: AGM
KPM are chasing the developers for outstanding fees at the moment. Legal proceedings will be forthcoming if they are not volunteering outstanding amounts. This is the bit I almost find amusing. Kpm taking legal proceedings against the Developers that hired them to manage the Development. Am I missi...

Re: Kids in the Development and on the Waste Ground
Hi Belwoman, we bought in july '08. I was most definitely under the impression that as fee paying owners we are 'members' of our management company :? :? Obviously I can not speak for any of the other residents but I would be most surprised if they are not of the same opinion. Unfortunately at the m...

Re: Digger
Thanks for the info Mons! So Dcc obviously wanted the hoarding removed from land they now own but got Stanley to remove it. Quite right too in my opinion, they put it there. Persoally I think the land is better under the ownership of Dcc, mind you that IS a matter of opinion

Re: Kids in the Development and on the Waste Ground
Thanks Belwoman for the info
Just as a matter of interest, are we members of the management company?
I was under the impression we were on buying our properties.
I am just slightly concerned having read ceo's post yesterday.

Re: Digger
I thought the same thing last night Susan and even posted my thoughts!! But I was so horrified at the idea I took them back down very quick before some one blasted me for being melodramatic! Glad to see I am not the only one who thought this. That would be the ultimate nightmare and with Kpm not in ...

Re: teen kids drinking &generaly being a nuisance in wastela
Interesting that rebelinfo, the builders land it may well be but Kpm are appointed by said builder. Serious clash of interest there methinks. Also, there should be a seperate thread re. Residents Committee to let us know who is involved etc etc. However, having said that I was glad to see some conta...
