Re: Management Fee's

No, its the fee's for this year that will cover us until May of 2011. These Management Fee's are for St Samsons/Castlemoyne, I'm not sure what way or what month Belmayne's financial year runs .

Re: Management Fee's

I seem to write on this subject annually but if it saves someone money I'll continue to write about it .... I'm living in a 3 bed own door duplex, on the original budget it was referred to as TYPE J Last year 2009, I emailed KPM about the management fee's for the financial year 09/10 - arguing the f...

Re: condition of common areas and landscaping

How often is the grass cut in St Samsons/Castlemoyne.

It is very overgrown at the minute. Is this not the season when it should be cut more frequent ???

The last time is was cut was around the 24th May judging from previous postings

Re: St Samson's Court Gate

Hi, I see by the above posting that the gate was getting priority, that was on the 24th May and just driving by tonight I see it is still chained.

Is there any reason for the delay ??

Re: Loud music being played in samsons court

Its not really a Garda issue when its a house party, its only when it goes outside onto the street that it becomes an issue. They could call to the house when the party is on and ask them to keep the noise down but the occupier's do not have to turn down the music for them. They are in breach of hou...

Re: Extra Security for your Front Door

Hi,

I also got an extra lock on the door last month but for half the price of what it cost you. Stephen from SOS Mobile Locksmith has advertised on this site before. Great sense of security now that two locks are in place.

Gaetan mentions his thermostat is at 23 degree's. I would always have mine around 18 degrees and its usually warm enough at that temperature

Re: SOS Mobile Locksmiths

At last got a second lock put on the front door, so now I can leave the house and know that if I forget to lock it, the Chubb lock is in place. Again very reasonable and extra keys cut - so thank you Stephen. p.s. He also noticed that 'someone' tried to force my door previously as there was marks ar...
