Re: condition of common areas and landscaping

Hi I think we should see the landscaping beginning to normalise over the next while thanks to good work from the landscaping manager and the residents committee. Hopefully, people see the results and notice what a nice estate we have here in Samson's and Castlemoyne. There are enhancements planned b...

Re: Heating water

Jim

If you have not sorted the problem then please email me - I'd pop around - no problem - all on dual heating system - should be easy enough to sort out

Re: Loud music being played in samsons court

For any post curfew noise please identify the unit in question and report it to KPM AND PLEASE the Residents Committee.
We are starting a log of all these types of incidents as history of anti social ( incl noise) activity is very important to show to landlords or PTRB.

Thanks

Re: condition of common areas and landscaping

Hi Just saw the post. There is a new gardener in place for the next year for the Balgriffin area ( Samson's and Castlemoyne). Unfortunately, there is a fair chunk of ''remedial'' work to be done. Give the new gardener 2 more weeks and, if you do not see major improvements then fell free to call KPM ...

Re: Superquinn Campaign

Just wondering -

Does it have to be Superquinn?
Would ALDI not be interested in the unit?

St Samson's Court Gate

This gate, on the east side ( facing green) is temporarily chain locked for safety reasons for children due to a fault in the locking mechanism. Residents can use alternate gates to access the bin shed. The problem is ongoing from noise and locking point of view. It will be fixed shortly and is gett...

Re: ahhhh!

Hi No, you do not have to tolerate it. Download a report form from the PTRB website and report the anti social behaviour immediately it occurs. Remember, there is curfew time from 11.00PM to 9.00AM in Belmayne ( check your lease). If they are tenants then also report directly to landlord - KPM are o...

Re: Kids drinking in playground.

Hi, This is clear case of anti social behaviour and one which the Gardai can easily stamp out - also, I know for a fact, is a subject the Gardai will respond on. Call Coolock Station and they will send round a squad car. They can do nothing unless people report it. If people report it they will star...

Re: Clongriffin dart station

actually, Marrsfield Gate was open But, I think it is quicker through the park and nicer too. Pity the builder does not open up the promised path at top end of Marrsfield as he should do. It is less than 30 min on train to Pearse and I take the 10.15 ( I think ) train and it is a ''rail car'' and on...

Clongriffin dart station

Hi, so, standing on the platform waiting for dart as I write this. Station looks great and I kinda feel at last the area we live in has arrived in the map. So, took me 22 min exactly to walk down from my front door in St samsons to the ticket dest in the dart. Not too bad and think of it as exercise...

Re: Parked Trucks at Roundabout

Hi Just to clarify a couple of things. The green truck does belong to resident of St Samson's. He was clamped so many times in St Samson's that he moved to where he is now. Don't ask me why he brings his truck home - you will have to ask him directly. Yes, trucks or commercial vehicles of ANY variet...

Re: Broadband

Have to say I am now with UPC(NTL) for broadband ; TV and phone.

All works fine - good 10MB connection on broadband and it works very well - never a difficulty with it so I cannot comment on their customer service.
