NTL / UPC Speed changes
FYI,
Those who have NTL/UPC Broadband, there has been an upgrade in speed changes and it's not automatically applied
You have to fill out a form online and you will be automatically upgraded within a few days.
UPC hasn't advertised that for some reasons and I just found out from the website and by contacting their customer service
The new changes are as below.
Current Broadband Speed New Broadband Speed
Broadband Value 3Mb Fibre Power Broadband 5Mb
Broadband Express 10Mb Fibre Power Broadband 15Mb
Broadband Ultra 20Mb Fibre Power Broadband 30Mb
The form is here below
http://www.upc.ie/about_us/Price_Changes/Speed_Changes
Cheers.

Re: NTL / UPC Speed changes
I've noticed of late that mine is not running as fast as usual, so hopefully it will be sorted,
Thanks for that.
