AGM
Hi all,
Just wondering if it is worth starting a discussion on the forthcoming AGM.
Got our Directors' Report and Financial Statement in the post today and it is way over my head
Can any one else make sense of what it is I should be concentrating on?
Are many of ye guys going to the AGM?

Re: AGM
Hi Dove,
I was thinking the same thing, spent about half an hour last night trying to make sense of it. On the last page I think it was it had some outrageous figure for security €150k or something like that. Is that correct? As I said I am probably reading it wrong.
Would it be a good idea for residents to meet in Hilton at some stage before the AGM to discuss?

I hope everyone will receive a copy, probably in the post and you will get it in the morning. Just seen that figure for security as well, I think that applies to when we had security back in 2007-2008. We do not have the figures for year ending 2009. Should we? does anyone know how these things work. It is important to take an interest, I think or these people could walk all over us. I see that wally Caulfield had the good sence to resign. Anyone know who these other directors are? I am assuming the Stanleys are related. Are any of the directors from Shannon Homes? A lot of those figures appear high considering the service we have been getting. Having said that I am no expert and could be way off. I can only hope that KPM are considering different quotes for services. Things have to be cheaper now.

Thanks
Stephen

Hi
yeah it would be one per household as essentially each house/apt is one vote. As for voting directors in from past experience it generally is a few years till you get rid of the developer directors as they generallyhave the most votes due to unsold apartments. Is everyone going to attend it?

Re: AGM
Dilemma Our apartment block was only cleaned yesterday for the first time in about 3 weeks, is absolutely disgusting! used to be done every week!
Looking at the reports, it looks like 2 Stanleys are the main directors! Seems like a complete conflict of interest if you ask me! Think as many residents as possible should go to this though, might be the only chance to get some answers and get stuff done!
