Grafitti on Information Centre
Looks terrible. Do we contact the management company or try arrange between ourselves to clean it up? Could that security guard/guards who sits in his car at the Clare Hall Entrance maybe driven a few hundred metres up the road?

No it's on the front of the Centre as you come in the main entrance just off the malahide road. They must have climbed up there to make it more awkward to take down

That security guard who sits in his car is employed by Macaris, so the graffiti is none of his business.

Re: Grafitti on Information Centre
that security guy is employed to look after the vacant apartments and shop units only. macaris does not employ him.
must be part of management company number 2, very confusing.
ridiculous that we are starting to get graffiti in the estate. however the centre is unattended and empty from week to week.
wonder what the long term plan is.

The grafitti is on the marble not the paint so hopefully they'll be able to remove it.

You can get a remover in a spray can but it will leave a white stain on the marble!!
I think that centre will be left to rot no use for it now!
They didnt even use it with the recent launch of p7!

Looks terrible and then I seen the horses.....I just give up. Something needs to be done around here. We are far too complacent and the new fees will be on top of us in the next few weeks.

Hi all, everyone please report the graffiti and the horses to David Linehan in KPM as soon as possible. The more people who report it, the higher up on his priorities it becomes. We need to make sure that the place doesnt become a magnet fr this type of behaviour. So get on the phone asap!

I totally agree here. Enough is enough.
We need to put serious pressure on KPM to ensure these issues are sorted ASAP. Also could KPM look at putting up a cattle grib or the like to put an end to the issues with the horses coming in?
These type of issues are just taking the pis*

seriously we need to really stick together on this and not allow our estate to end up as a playground for the scumbags.
I haven't seen the horses yet but I caught sight of the graffiti, it looks dreadful. Hopefully it can be removed.
