The cynic in me thinks this is nothing more than a clever marketing ploy by the developers.

Quote:- "Now we have had a few sales recently and there has been positive reaction to a recent launch so there is a few more quid in the pot"....makes it sound like they are selling again and the wonderful kind-hearted developers are putting the money straight back into the community

Whoever made that quote it sounded so unprofessional " a few quid in the pot" who says things like that in a media interview.

Well they better sort out some of the major issues before they sell those remaining 50 units. That worries me alot!!!!

Eh, I didnt feel hemmed in or claustrophobic! Don't get me wrong it is not a bad thing to see that hoarding coming down and to get some of the derelict plots landscaped. However, my only worry is that now we are going to be more "open" is it going to entice some of the nearby scumbags in and to mess up the new "landscaped" areas. Hopefully not!

it sounds like we're gone from being claustrophobic to agoraphobic
im all for the hoarding coming down. I think it will be better to have the wasteland lanscaped, id rather be able to see whats going on in the field instead of worrying whats going on behind the hoarding.
its good to see it being sorted, but dont understand why it made the papers. reporters must be stuck for a few stories
